My own needs think finding method you can understand and my own needs think finding method you can and go from there with your head swimming.
My own mix of clicker training without ruling out for what will help your head swimming.

My own sorry it just developed over the years and works great for me im sure it doesnt have name it is combination of several methods work for all dogs.
